BAH & THE HUMBUGS: BIGGER THAN SANTA Featuring Humbugs songs performed by the following bands: |

ELF CONTROL Jesus' Funky Christmas The members of Elf Control are nothing if not resourceful. When they learned that a closet-remodeling business called Shelf Control was liquidating, they bought all of that company's branded items pens, stationery, shirts, and even a van and covered up the letters "SH" to create an instant collection of Elf Control equipment and supplies. Unfortunately, the band's song about that experience, "Get That SH Out of Here," was widely misunderstood and banned on many radio stations. Their next two singles, "Santa's Killer Look" and "This Christmas is the Bomb," compounded their public relations woes, with many listeners imagining violent and sinister stories in what were meant to be straightforward songs of holiday-season enthusiasm. Vowing to end their streak of musical controversies, Elf Control signed on for the Bah & the Humbugs tribute project and picked a simple, positive song that no one could possibly misinterpret the Humbugs' "Jesus' Funky Christmas."
