BAH & THE HUMBUGS: BIGGER THAN SANTA Featuring Humbugs songs performed by the following bands: |

ADVENTAGIOUS Adventagious Here is a great example, and indeed the only example we know, of a band so falling in love with a Humbugs song that they named themselves after it and devoted their first album to various versions and remixes of that one song. Adventagious was now not just a Humbugs song but the name of a group of energetic teen vocalists at St. Mary's Collegiate Ministerium of Mercy University. Of course their previous name candidates were in need of help anyway: "The Choir Singers"; "Vocalists' Group"; "Musical Club"; and so forth (it was only due to a prank that they were listed in the Yearbook as "Two I Mean Three Morons"). No matter how you looked at it, it was time for a name change. It was at this time that team member Eddie Winston came across a cassette tape of the Humbugs performing "Adventagious" at a New York party/concert and was struck with the idea of transforming the band's mission, focusing like a laser on this one portion of this one holiday: Advent. And focusing even more like a laser on this one song. The result is what you'll hear here, with newly edited lyrics where the band refers to the name change with grateful glee. Ah, sorry, we've just received word that we can no longer use the word "glee" to refer to un-trademarked vocal groups. At any rate, they're grateful, they're alive, and they're kicking hindquarters!
